Don’t take our word for it - hear from real customers

"I was diagnosed with a slipped vertebrae in my neck eighteen months ago and was referred to The Pain Clinic at Norfolk & Norwich Hospital. The pain was really difficult to deal with so whilst waiting for an appointment I have been seeing Sam at Country Physio every two weeks. The difference that Sam has made to my pain and stress levels is really noticeable. Pain makes my neck and upper back muscles very tight - and consequently - the tension creates more pain. Sam's expert knowledge and understanding of anatomy has meant that she has made a real difference to the quality of my life. I would highly recommend Sam's professional and caring treatment to anyone who is struggling with pain."

"I injured my Achilles Tendon through Hiking and it was very painful and swollen. A friend who was having treatment recommended Sam to me and so I made an appointment.  After a course of physiotherapy treatment I am so pleased that she has sorted the problem out.  The swelling and pain has gone and I am back walking. I am also more aware now how to prepare my muscles for long walks with the exercises provided."
